Value
Added produce is one of Chef's Produce specialties. The
concept of "value added" produce, produce that
has been cut, peeled, sliced and diced to order, was new
when our company was founded.
We quickly became a leader in the field,
offering a full range of value added fresh fruits and
vegetables. From the ordinary, (carrot and celery stix,
whole peeled onions and potatoes), to the exotic, (shredded
celery root, julienne jalapenos), we do it all.
Our
facility is inspected by the USDA, the State of Texas
and the City of Houston. We have an active HACCP Plan
in effect and are certified kosher
